Extra Support for Life’s Challenges
As we age, there can be times when we need extra support. Senior Care Solutions can provide that extra help if you are a senior dealing with depression, anxiety, or major life changes caused by the death of a loved one or worsening health problems. Senior Care Solutions is a daily outpatient program. It’s offered Monday through Friday.
Seniors participate two or three days a week, meeting with therapists and consulting via Telemedicine with a psychiatrist. Transportation and lunch are available for those who qualify.
Through counseling and support, participants can learn new coping skills and benefit from an increased sense of support and community. To be eligible for the program, you must be 55 or older.

A long-term care ombudsman helps residents of a nursing facility and residents of an assisted living facility resolve complaints. Help provided by an ombudsman is confidential and free of charge. To speak with an ombudsman, a person may call the toll-free number 1-800-252-2412.
