Every day, everything we do at Dallam Hartley Counties Hospital District is guided by our commitment to our patients. We appreciate the trust you place in us when you choose us for your medical care.

Sometimes a hospital admission is unexpected. But when you have a scheduled hospital procedure or admission, please remember to bring with you:

  • A photo ID
  • A list of all current medications
  • Proof of insurance
  • Names and phone numbers of emergency contacts

Under guidelines established by the United States Department of Health and Human Services, every hospital in the United States must provide the public with a list of the hospital’s standard charges for the items and services that the hospital provides.
