Employee Spotlight: Aaliyah Gallegos

Dallam Hartley Counties Hospital District is proudly shining the spotlight on Aaliyah Gallegos, Clinical Case Manager, who has been an integral part of our team for almost three years.

Aaliyah has an impressive track record of excellence in providing outstanding care to patients. Her passion for ensuring each patient receives the highest level of care possible is evident in everything she does, and her unwavering commitment to her patients is truly inspiring.

“My favorite part about my job is being able to be Medicare patients’ voices,” Aaliyah said. “I work with Medicare insurances to make sure patients receive the best care possible.”

As a clinical and transfer care case manager, Aaliyah plays a crucial role in helping with referral follow-ups, preventative care, Medicaid and Medicare annual visits, and much more.

“I am passionate about my job because I am able to make sure that preventative care is not overlooked in patient care,” Aaliyah stated.

Aaliyah has been recognized by her colleagues for her compassionate approach to patient care and her willingness to help wherever is needed. Her commitment to her patients and her team is truly inspiring. We are grateful to have her as a member of our team.
