DHCHD Announces New Chief Financial Officer

DALHART, TEXAS – Dallam Hartley Counties Hospital District is pleased to welcome Adam Conley, CPA, into the position of Chief Financial Officer. Conley joined DHCHD on September 25, 2023.

“I am thrilled over Adam and his family moving to Dalhart to join the district and our community,” said DHCHD CEO Kacey Schniederjan. “With experience ranging from for-profit to non-profit entities to both public and private systems, Adam brings a wealth of knowledge to us. In a very short time, he already has goals and plans in place to make the district a better place for both employees and patients.”

Conley, his wife and three children recently moved to Dalhart from Arkansas. He earned both his Finance and Accounting degrees from the University of Central Arkansas. He has over a decade of finance experience, which includes experience as an auditor at a CPA firm and many years of experience in healthcare finance and accounting positions. When asked about what he enjoys about his work, he said he appreciates the fast-paced, ever-changing healthcare environment.

“Working in healthcare finance allows a non-clinical person such as myself to still be involved in giving back to the community and helping friends, family, and neighbors during some of their biggest times of need,” Conley said. “I am looking forward to being involved in the community and helping out in any way I can.”
