5–11-Year-Old COVID Vaccination Appointment

DHCHD will only be vaccinating 5 – 11 year-olds by appointment only.  If your child has a primary care doctor in town, please call and schedule your appointment with them.  For our community’s health and convenience, you may call 806.244.5668 and ask for a nurse pediatric vaccine appointment with Stacey Philips, LVN for your child, even if you do not have a primary care doctor in town. Stacey will be available on the following dates 8am – noon:
