Dallam Hartley Counties Hospital District’s ER Case Manager, Beth Varner, is a shining example of dedication and compassion in the healthcare industry. Beth plays a crucial role in ensuring that every patient that comes through the ER receives the best possible care and support. She goes above and beyond to make sure that they have everything they need to get better and stay healthy.
Beth stated, “I love the Lord and God made every person that comes through that door. I plan on treating them with the same kindness and compassion that I receive from God.”
Her favorite part of the job is being able to help people that are in a bad situation. She loves to answer questions and talk to patients to help them be more comfortable regarding their situations. Her passion for helping others comes from her love of the Lord, and she sees her work as a way to help and treat others the way the Lord has loved and treated her.
On April 15th, Beth will have been with DHCHD for 5 years. She enjoys working in the ER because she likes to watch everyone work together to provide the best patient care. She says, “I enjoy working in the Emergency Room with such a great team dedicated to serving this community.”
Outside of work, Beth enjoys reading, church, art, and most of all her grandkids. She is always looking to learn more and more every day to have a wealth of knowledge for anyone that needs help. She is an amazing patient advocate, and the hospital is lucky to have her on our team!
