"THE TAX RATE WILL EFFECTIVELY BE RAISED BY 7.99 PERCENT AND WILL RAISE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS ON A $100,000 HOME BY APPROXIMATELY $14.19”
