High Country Community Rural Health Clinic offers a variety of medical services. From newborns to seniors, we focus on providing the type of care that can make a difference in our patients’ lives. Our services include:

  • Immunizations
  • Hearing exams
  • Texas Health Step Physicals
  • Railroad physicals
  • Counseling

We understand the importance of working with our patients to ensure their long-term health.

Our hours are 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. We are located at 320 E. Texas Blvd. in Dalhart.

If you are a new patient and have made an appointment with HCCRHC, please print out a new patient form. Please complete it and bring it with you to your first appointment.
