The Dalhart Family Medicine Clinic cares for people of all ages. From infants to seniors, we are committed to protecting the health of our patients. We offer high-quality compassionate care to support your health. Our services include:

Our staff is made up of Family Practice providers, a General Surgeon, registered and licensed nurses, and nurse assistants. All of the staff is dedicated to providing the best in comprehensive and preventive medical care.
Our hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday and Friday from 8 a.m. to noon. We are located at 206 East 16th Street in Dalhart.
If you are a new patient and have made an appointment with DFMC, please print out a new patient form. Please complete it and bring it with you to your first appointment.
